Plot – Not in a negative meaning of a secret plan to do something illegal or harmful but rather the more positive meaning: the progression of events in a story or an artistic creation. This is also the plot of the book before us, which is in its entirety the story of a single house, perhaps of large dimensions and of great importance in Jerusalem – The National Institutions Building at the northeastern edge of the Rehavia Neighborhood.
